The cogs are 14-24 teeth. I don't know what the gray lines are but I didn't see anything bent or cracked and there are zero dents.
The decal on the down tube at seat tube is all messed up because of the sloppy attempt at putting the pump on there. It came with the Celeste pump.
I just looked closely, (with reading glasses)
and I can make out the remains of a R and I on the top tube with itty bits of 2 letters before those.
