Bikes: Soma Rush 2010 LTD- 84 Raleigh Marathon- 05 Surly LHT

Sorry for the confusion, I was looking at racks and saw that the Topeak rack's max load is 40 pounds and I was wondering 40 pounds is suitable or for a long tour or if you need more than just a rear rack typically.
