I cannot find any mention on the net of the watts you can put out on the machine. I will probably be riding more hours (15-20 a week). My only problem is my muscles develop very quickly, and I will be able to pound out the watts (good genes I guess) Lungs will be the hard part to turn around, and pumping out the watts at a high/competitive level will be a must for me.
Not sure of the watts but it has comparable/better resistance than other trainers I've used. You won't be spinning out a 53/11 if that's what your worried about.
