Even though the Sarthe is a smooth ride, there's just something about that orange that churns my stomach.
Is the Bianchi celeste? If so, that is something hard to pass up on. Not the greatest color, but definitely a signature for your ride. No one will wonder what bike you have.
Oh, and if I did get the Bianchi with celste and carbon stays, I would seriously look at digging around for a carbon crank just for spite. With the Veloce 10sp system, that would be pretty sweet.

, and it actually comes with FSA Gosamar 53/39. It's on the Bianchi.com web site all the models got renamed this year for there aniversary a little bling but I don't really care about that, maybe too much vino is what's causing the delay
