I'm another vote for Cyclone. It feels really right on when you change gears, and I find it doesn't require any overshifting+correction to get it to go where you want. Plus the cages are interchangable with lower end models like the Vx...so if you ever mangle one or want to switch your cage length they're very available for not too much $$

I want a Superbe RD really badly though... never tried one yet.
