Jack, I got my first ride in with the 19's today - very nice, although I wasn't sure what differences I'd notice. They roll smoothly, and seem a little stiffer than my other wheels. I did my usual lunchtime loop out and back up San Bruno Mtn and was really surprised to notice how much difference there was when I got out of the saddle to climb - I found myself able to keep a higher cadence than before for a given gear, and, as advertised, if I tried my feeble attempt at a sprint the response really was noticable. Descending was very smooth and precise - but the sprint/standing climb were a really nice surprise. I'm just hoping for hub longevity.
Hmmm....so good feedback on the print/standing climb. Sure you weren't channeling your inner Contador?
Thanks for the report. If I were to scrounge up enough dough, and when the Mrs. isn't looking, Williams is on my list for sure.
