I have never, in over 30 years of cycling, been harassed while riding on the right side of a lane plenty wide enough for easy and comfortable same-lane passing while I was in that location. Drivers just pass.

The closest thing I can think of was a group of young women in a car together, and the attention wasn't completely unappreciated. And then there is the occasional cry of "Go Lance!" from strangers or horn honks from my good friends who recognize me, but those don't count.
