Probably not worth it. If you get the warranty you may use it, but you'd probably spend less if you waited until stuff actually broke.

I bought a NOS Nishiki last year and used it for commuting. This week, I finally broke a spoke; cost me all of $20 to fix. How much is that warranty you're looking at?
