well although many people have their own preferences, i tend to look at some studies i have heard that say if your not going for quantity, (cause then i would say the new Budweiser 55), that Guinness is very good for you after hard workouts. it has alot more stuff that helps repair muscle tissue than really light beer. but if your going for taste thats up to you.

for taste.... up to you
for quantity....budweiser 55
for health... something similar to a Guinness draft.
