My TSB is 25, so it must be something else. I think I'm dehydrated, it would explain the no legs, the headache, and the depression.

You need to build up somewhere before you get frustrated and quit. What exactly have you been doing?
It seems that you're overloading yourself too much, and not in a good way.
I know your endurance is probably a ton better than mine, so what gives?
