Felt awesome this morning. Thirty miles at tempo. Now mind you, this was at 4am to about 5:30am so it's tough to be at 100% that early. But my numbers are still good considering.
Two days ago, and a day after doing 4x10mins@100%, I felt like turds. This morning was better after a rest day.
