Sure, it's in good shape, but I very much doubt the bike came with Shimano sidepull brakes. It's worth maybe 1/10 what he's asking.
Actually, look at the last photo, which is kinda bizarre but really cool! It's the original sales receipt, with prices of all the extras, including the Shimano brakes for $70. Prices in dollars, descriptions in French.

I'm not saying it's worth $6000, you understand, but I stand by my assessment that it is pretty cool.
