If the wider Q factor of the triple really bothers your knees, I'd say yes. If it's a question of aesthetics, I'd say no.

In terms of the mechanical advantages, I'd say that while it's true some triple set-ups (especially indexed) require more finesse to work well, you're better off finding the sweet spot for your current set-up than making a full-scale switch.

Oh, and if it's for the pure aggro-fun of unnecessary tinkering, then, again, yes by all means do it.
