The Beverly guys did a nice job of securing Dan Ryan Woods for a cyclocross race. I tried for a number of years to get someone to listen to me but got nowhere. Cheers to Tony for his efforts.

The site is great for a race. Large grass field with a very steep toboggan hill. There is also a section of paved path that they will probably incorporate into the course. We did weekly cross training out there last year. They go out on Thursday evenings if anyone wants to check out the course before the race.

I think they had Ben Popper come out and help them re-design the course.

Then there's the Cork and Kerry for after the race. It's just down Western at 105th. Many people will order a pizza from their favorite local spot and take it to the Cork. Sounds like a plan.
