Hello from Des Moines Iowa
Hello all,
I am a gearhead bike nerd from Des Moines, IA. I have recently been bitten by the vintage steel bike bug, and have been having a blast. Last year, I had four aluminum bikes, and this year I have one alum, and nine steel bikes.

06 Gary Fisher Hoo Koo E Koo
Looking for an Italian 531 or columbus tube bike. I would also like an Astro Daimler for the heck of it.
Sometime soon, I am going to build a retro-direct bike. For those that do not know what that is, it is a two speed bike that you pedal forwards for one gear, and pedal backwards for the other gear.
I am going to be picking up a 78 Schwinn Superior, an 88 Raleigh Tri-Lite Technium, an 80s Panasonic Sport 1000, and an 87 Schwinn Traveler next week.
