people, This guy is not gonna learn to leave room for a
cyclist, he is not gonna come out with you for a beer
and you will not control him.
The only thing that is going to stop this guy is the police.
Report it, get a license plate next time you see him
(and you will), Don't let this poor excuse for a human
dictate where you will or will not ride your bike.
One thing that reporting him to the police will do,
if (god forbid) you do get hit/run off the road there
is alread a report of exactly who is harrassing you.
