Ah, correct you are... the manual I looked at seemed to cover many models so I assumed that was it. I COULD be interested, but MY not being able to use it's HRM is a kind of deal breaker.

I've read some posts saying Trek had sensors inside certain frames... but have not seem Trek SAY that, so it may be doubtful. BUT the concept seems to be an excellent one methinks...
