The Raleigh and the Centurion are entry-level, but respectable, bikes. Tuned, clean, and complete they're in the $100-150 range around here. Any rust, missing parts, or required work puts it below $100.

And try taking your pictures from the drive side of the bike. It's hard to get an idea of the components and their condition from the left side.
