I am 6'3" and my ultimate goal is under 190 also. Thanks for the reminder!!
At one point 30-yrs ago I was 300 lbs and managed to lose almost a hundred pounds. I ran a lot of marathons and did triathlons (that's what got me into cycling) but even at 60 miles a week of running couldn't get below 215lbs. Someone suggested I have my lean body weight measured. I went to a pool and they weighed me in it and did the calculation and told me that at zero percent fat (at which a person dies) my weight was 190. So, at 215 lbs I was only about 13 percent! For a guy 6'3" that was pretty darn good.

So, my words of advice are that before you go setting huge goals for yourself please go have your lean body mass measured and then choose a reasonable goal.
