You don't say where you are, but here in the SF Bay Area, Internationals are pricey. $350 isn't that far out of line, although I sure wouldn't pay it.

Unless it was a nice looking Copper model with unfaded decals and chromed lugs. Then I would.

It's one of the best looking 70s Raleighs out there.
