I got up this morning and checked out the Weather Channel and saw the huge lightning storm heading toward Columbus. Later as I was getting ready and heard the thunder starting to approach. I stuck my head out the front door to see what the weather was like. As I did that. There was suddenly a huge flash of light and a few seconds later a really loud clap of thunder that scared the you-know-what out of me. The front moved quickly across the city. So when I left at 4:15am it was just a steady rain that got heaveier the first 25mins and then it let off to a light rain the rest of the way in. The temp was 60f. The temp this aftn was 62f. Windy as heck. 20mph out of the west, which is typical. Expecting temps in the upper 30's sometime this week. And maybe another Thunderstorm to deal with. You better get your gear on for this Cold season coming up.
