The Bizzare sizing of the Kona Sutra- can someone try to explain this to me?!
I've been looking at the Kona Sutra frame set to build up as a commuter. The Kona website has no info on how the frame size is mesured, ie c-c or c-t. After a pleasent although long e-mail exchange I was told this about how they determin the size of a Sutra:

HUH?! Since when is a 56cm frame 51cm? Am I missing something? When I asked Kona I recieved this reply:
Long top tube so you can strech, but better standover if you're in
rough
terrain. The downside is you need to run a long seatpost.
Run a long seat post? Isn't that what you do when your frame is too small? Can someone please explain all this too me. I think I'm getting old...
