Since we are measuring up, I have about 23,000 on an aluminum Cannondale and about 18,000 on a steel Gunnar. I had about 15,000 on a steel Trek when it broke. That frame was replaced with a steel Landshark that went about 10,000 before I sold it. I also have a steel Tesch bike with at least 30,000 miles on it.
I also have an aluminum Cannondale touring bike with about 5000 miles.
