Now that the sun rises later I've decided to commute to work because the dark rides in the cold just don't seem appealing right now, but we'll see if the annoyances of riding in NYC force me back to the morning rides. I don't ride slow on commutes unless I absolutely have to which is part of what makes commuting annoying; I don't race but like to ride fast so I'm often pushing myself.
