Looks a good buy if legit, Giant sell millions of Suntour forks every year so don't worry about individual parts you can always upgrade when you have the cash. The frame is the most important thing and that looks like something you can build on. All the components seem to be low end Deore but again it's worth building them up on a quality frame. The frame does look a little strange in the picture though.
