Weight loss occurs when you burn more calories than you consume. If you wish to stop losing weight, you need to figure out how many calories you're burning throughout a 24hr period and eat enough to maintain, add or lose weight.
If you're uncomfortable with losing weight, you'll obviously need to eat more.
Great options for maintaining or adding weight are by consuming milk, whole eggs (eat the yolk, it's good for you), rice (white or brown), oatmeal and lean meats.
