Question two. No hot cycle chicks where you live? Then MOVE. Go sit on the Williamsburg Bridge (New York City) bike path, (or ride anywhere in The Haight in San Francisco) rush hour is best, and WHO is riding on that bridge will show you WHERE you need to move to.
You want to be attractive? Be yourself; fat or skinny, most people can see right through the good or bad of the package.
