Anyone have any thoughts on wet saddles abrading on the sides of the nose? I'm visiting from the 33 to see if any of you who spend more time in the muck have any advice. My saddles do great in the summer, but die a quick death in the fall when I start training in the rain.

Should I seal the saddle (or at least the tip)? Should I re-cover with some specific material? Change to a different kind of saddle (my Selle Italia SMP fits sooo well...)?
