i would say just lift weights and eat. get a little muscle mass, but you have nothing to worry about unless you are ill.

when your young you dont get how it gets harder to lose and keep weight off, but trust me it does. when i was 21 i had 8% body fat, and weighed 175... due to drinking and eating poorly i got up to 240...im back down to 205 and the goal is 185... im 5'11" too, just to give you an idea. but i also bench 305lbs. so its not all fat, but more than there should be.
