You've only been cycling a short time so your weight is still probably headed downwards. At 5'11" you're going to want to try to stop the loss before you drop too much more.

Fry a potato and add it to whatever you eat every day and it should level out. If you get much below 140, you'll look like a crackhead. Plus you'll lose muscle mass that would be handy even if you like climbing.
interesting. im not discrediting your post but do you really think his body will keep losing weight. im a firm believer that your body will maintain a weight that it believes it needs to sustain your activities. he is not just going to wither away if he is still working out hard. it will level off at some point but if you are truely worried about the weight loss and want to stop it, then carbs and weight lifting. you need to train your body to believe that it actually needs the muscle that it has been trying to drop. so do pull-ups push-ups curls, squats, lunges, etc. your body will realize that it needs the muscle to maintain these activities and you will gain weight accordingly.
