Panaracer T-Serv with reflective sidewalls, would be one option. They weigh about 320 grams, so they're not a race tire, but not a boat anchor either. Schwalbe's 700 x 28 Marathon Plus, by comparison, is 740 grams (!). That's nearly one pound of extra weight per tire, which is not my style
