We shall see. I've still got upper body left over from last winter, and I've not done even a stomach crunch since march.
I shall wait til december to start base, as it is what works out best for when I schedule finding form in the spring. Though my feet are not happy, my mind knows it is for the best. And if my feet fall off, I can have cleats surgically grafted to my stumps.
