I found out that the "Mister" was made in Chile with Miyata's permission, the Mister line was manufactured by Hernan Burgo's father in Chile and the Mister was basically a Miyata. This bike has the name Miyata all over it, even on most of the parts...the name Mister is a no-show. Bottomline, I don't believe it's a Mister Cycle.

Those were my thoughts too, wouldn't you think in 1962 Japan would be using '1962'?
