That is a good point. You can buy a headband for the Dinotte 400L and in theory (and according to the Dinotte sales guy) you can put it on your helmet, over a helmet cover.

The other option is to keep the waterproof below the helmet - it's hotter, but a lot of bike rain jacket have a hood that goes under the helmet.
