Last year I bought the Pedros ICM 17, which has pretty much the same tools as the Topeak you listed. Having been stranded with a F'ed up chain before, I find a chain tool to be important, and I liked the tire levers being attached as well. Despite the tool being a little larger, it freed up space to not have to have a seperate chain tool and tire levers. I haven't had to use the chain tool yet, but everything else on the ICM 17 has worked great.
