I asked around my area at about a dozen places. Most were in the $110-140 range. Some were twice that (I gather they did not want to do it.). None were less than that.
So, I would say that $100 is a very good price.
And do be sure to have a conversation with the person about bike-specific issues. Getting PC out of places you do not want it (threads and press-fit areas, to start with) will make the whole project a near disaster.
