I seem to be lucky in living somewhere where the average driver isn't a sociopath who needs to be "dealt with". Additionally, I'm also lucky in being a driver quite often myself, which helps me to understand (as some bikeforums members obstinately refuse to) that a lot of driver behavior isn't "@$$hole behavior" even if it may inadvertently inconvenience me (it's called "traffic"), that drivers do not get up in the morning planning to kill a cyclist on the way to work, and that automatically viewing drivers as The Adversary is silly and childish.
