As sentimental as you may be on this frame- I can't help thinking that this is an old frame that may have more problems just sitting round the corner. I used to work on Space frames on Race machinery and I am afraid that tubing does have a finite life to it. Accident damage and it makes sense to repair it- but we used to find that once tubing or welds started breaking- it was time for a new frame.

We could not put a time scale on how long the tubing would last as it was down to usage- but once breaks started to occur- more were going to follow.
