Waterford or Gunnar on the steel side, Trek Madone 5.2 on the carbon. Madone has no rider weight limit and a lifetime warranty, and is made stateside, as are the aforementioned steel bikes. With Waterford, they use a custom tubeset based on your riding style and weight, which is also nice.
