I am into my 6th year of use. Paramo replaced the zip last summer and put in a new liner and it looks as good as new.
The downsides are that it is too warm for summer and too bulky to pack away, I can stuff it into my pannier but its cool enough to wear the whole time in winter.
Yep, that's Paramo. Although the new "light" version of the Velez has lost quite a whack of weight and is supposed to be wearable in warmer conditions than the old stuff. How much warmer I'm not sure.
