The LED might put out around 750 at 2.8A if they're using a decent bin. I would think 650 is more likely.

Drop 10% for reflector.
Drop 10% for Glass
Drop 20% for heat
Drop 10% for 2.4A drive

Now the 700lm from the seca is measured out the front of the light.
