really? i dont like the main streets. Instead of taking Santa Monica Boulevard/Wilshire, i prefer taking texas/arizona. On my daily ride, i take glendon as much as possible as opposed to westwood blvd. i find myself taking less time overall as, i coast through the stop signs of side streets than waiting at the stop lights of the main streets. the detours to get back on the main street to cross the big boulevards like santa monica really arent that bad.
