Anyone know if there are any tour companies that provide a supported tour for the Amgen Tour de California?

Some people from a local riding club rode every stage of the TdC in '07. Someone would drop them off at the start and take them to the next stage start at the end of the day. Each day they rode the stage. As the pros rode through they stopped their ride and cheered on the pros. Their adventure was supported by someone's wife. I'm wondering if there are any professional tour companies providing such a service.
