something to think about maybe if you have free time is some community colleges and jr colleges have mountain and road biking classes of various levels as well as hiking and camping, i personally been thinking about finding a class that would help me build up core body strength and mostly more flexibility, when i first got back on the bike after a long absence, i about died after 3 blocks but in no time i was doing 10 miles, but my legs and lower back just wont let me do any more than that
