The frame is as small as TP could feasibly ride. He said it was twitchy, so they jacked the wheel back as far as it would go in an effort to gain some stability. Aero didn't enter the conversation. He has a bit larger frameset coming...
As for the chain, his PRO dog mechanic did it. I feel confident in saying he knows what the F he's doing!
It looks tight because he's putting down more watts than you know-it-alls have ever seen.
