Whoa -- wait a minute! You started a thread -- what, around Sept 28? -- re. building a bike 'like' a c'dale BB only lighter. Turns out you have a BB Ultra??
Anyway, what year? Regardless, the BB Ultra is/always has been a light(ish) bike (frame and fork); the weight is, as you seem to know by implication here, in the stock wheelset, crank, etc. So, fwiw, you could easily get rid of some poundage by upgrading the stock crank (if you still have it) to, say, XT level external b/b, and ... the wheelset. Have something built; xt/xtr hubs (or King, etc -- whatever budget allows), a good, light 700c rim and d/b spokes. Just doing those things will knock a good 3 pounds or so off your bike. And, that's before you start getting rid of the heavyish stock seatpost, bars, etc. You should easily be able to get that bike down to 22/23 pounds.
Great bike, btw
