Agree with your assessment so far. There were several Spanish component makers besides Zeus, including Iberia and Triplex. Zeus was the best known and had the widest product range. Triplex and Iberia mostly served the entry level to midrange market.

BTW, the brake levers look like Universal. Universal hoods were notorious for rapid decay, so most of the levers you see these days are bare or have 3rd party hoods.
