My new Ritchey Protocol front wheel makes a "ticking" noise when I turn ;(

Just picked up some Ritchey Protocol Aluminum tubulars rims and everything seem fine and dandy until I took them out for a test ride around the block.

When I turn a fairly hard left, I here a tick-tick-tick emanating from the from wheel (hub?). I flip the wheel the other way just to double check and sure enough, I turned to the right and the ticking was there.

It's OK when I go straight and the ticking sound is only when turned to one side. Ideas?

Thanks for any help, AB
