Brake lever for bullhorns

I have some homemade bullhorns- I like them a lot. They flare out a bit which I find comfortable, and the fact that they're made of steel makes them much more solid feeling than the aluminum bars I've used before. The problem is finding a brake lever that works well with these bars. My current setup is pictured below- the only problem with it is I'd like aero levers so I can hide the cable under the bar tape that'll be going on.

I tried to fit a Tektro RX4.1 reverse lever today and the plug won't fit into the end of my bar, even with the shim removed. It's cut right in the curve, and the way the bar was bent makes it impossible to use an expander plug. So, I'm stuck with aero drop levers. I don't really want a hood there, since it wouldn't be functional at all. What I'm looking for is essentially exactly what I've got, but with aero cable routing.

I'm sure some company has made or still sells what I'm looking for, but I don't know how to find them. Anyone seen this kind of lever?
