Massage Therapy
I wonder if anyone here gets massages regularly as part of their cycling/training/working out. I know the pros do. If you do, what type of massage do you get? Do you get one regularly, or just after a long ride/race?
I've scheduled one tomorrow, a deep tissue massage. I'm now thinking that a deep tissue may be a little too much after my long rides this past weekend. I'm really looking to just help get some soreness out.
Anyway, your thought/experience on the post workout massages is what I'm asking for. thanks!
